A running balance will be maintained, showing all contributions and expenditures in detail.

Funds and resources are essential for maintaining and expanding our program. Typical expenses include:
Robot Parts: Motors, gears, controllers, brains, wheels, bearings, shafts, screws, and washers.
Tools: Frequently replaced due to wear and tear, such as snapped, stripped, or misplaced tools.
Supplies: Items needed for builds, maintenance, and competition preparation.
Miscellaneous Needs: Food, transportation, and other essentials for successful robotics meets and events.Expense Tracking:
